History

In 1933, this temple was established by a respected Indian dignitary among the community. Basically, the temple is built with only a roof, the deity is made of cement, the walls are made of wood and the floor is made of cement. Now, the temple land has been registered under the government gazette belonging to the temple. Mr. Vengakadasalam Pillai a/l Velayutha Pillai and Mr. Duraisamy a/l Karuppan were appointed as patrons of the temple. Annual activities and festivals are conducted on a grand scale according to the temple's capacity. According to the beliefs of the devotees in this temple, Goddess Amman has fulfilled the wishes of her devotees. In addition, committee members provide opportunities for the surrounding community to get involved in daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities.

  This temple is located near the Tapah-Kampar highway. Devotees who come from outside the Temoh area are happy to find this temple. It is near the Temoh Police Station.  The temple also has an open hall, a spacious parking lot, a kitchen, two men's toilets and two women's toilets. This temple is suitable for weddings, engagements and birthdays. This temple can accommodate up to 500 devotees. The surrounding community and from outside give a lot of help in terms of material and also moral support.
